Dr. Jichen Zhu, Digital Media Assistant Professor, presented her paper co-authored with MS Digital Media alum Glenn Winters in the 9th International Conference on the Foundations of Digital Games. The paper, selected as a peer-reviewed Exemplary Paper, discussed the impact of design patterns in games. She was also invited to speak on the panel of "Future of Game AI" in the conference.
