Th Westphal Culture and Community Council is hosting a presentation by Custom Design Student: Poppy Martinez titled Dress for Success: How Women of Color Navigate Professional Appearance and Identity in the Workplace.
 

Through a social science lens, Poppy Martinez’s Senior Capstone explores how Women of Color navigate the complex intersections of race and gender in the workplace by examining dress as a tool for identity and resisting systemic biases.
