The Art of Perfection: A Photo Retouching Workshop

All Westphal students are invited to join a hands-on experience where students learn advanced retouching techniques and industry methods. This is an advanced photoshop skills workshop. That will run from 6:30 - 8:30pm, Tuesday - Thursday February 24, 25 and 26. Student work will be printed and displayed in the URBN Center Lobby Friday Feb 27 from 10-Noon.
Students must have their own computer with photoshop and have a strong understanding of the software package. Open to all Westphal students (limited spots available so register fast!)
Rankin Scholar, Allan Finamore will be visiting campus Feb 24 - 27.
Allan Finamore is the founding director of Epilogue Inc. and Epilogue Imaging. Established in 2002, Epilogue is a retouching, image capture, fine art printing, and post-production house based in Los Angeles and London. The company has collaborated with many creatives from artists, art directors, and photographers to advertising agencies and fashion houses.
His clients include: AirB&B, Alexander McQueen, Amazon, Apple, Armani, Cartier, Chanel, Christian Dior, Coca-Cola, David LaChapelle, Ford, Gap, Getty, Google, Hermés, LACMA, Lady GaGa, Lancome, Levi Strauss, Madonna, Mario Testino, Mercedes, Meta, Nick Knight, Oculus, The Rolling Stones, Saatchi & Saatchi, Sephora, Somerset House, Starbucks, TBWA, UGG, Vogue, White Cube Gallery, and many more.
The Rankin Scholars-in-Residence Series, named in honor of former Dean Marjorie Rankin and established through the continuing donations of her friends and colleagues, seeks to bring noted individuals to campus who excel in the multidisciplinary education championed by the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design. The goal of the Series is to inspire students, stimulate research, invigorate professional networks, and aid in the continuing development of the Drexel community.
