Join Tiffany Thurman, Chief of Staff to Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker, in conversation with Patrick Morgan for a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to govern a major American city in real time.

 

The conversation explores how big-picture strategy is translated into policy, coordination, and action—often at the neighborhood level.
