Nepal Symposium

Join us for a day of conversation and discussion surrounding the Nepal Contemporary Paintings and Early Photograph exhibition.
 
The day will start off with an introduction by Dr. Pia Brancaccio and Dr. David Nalin, followed by a lecture led by Dr. Ajay Sinha on the Early Photographs of Nepal.

Our afternoon session will focus on the Contemporary Paintings from Nepal and will include a lecture and discussion led by Dr. Kerry Lucinda Brown and a presentation led by Dr. Gautum Vajracharya.
 
Finally, there will be a roundtable discussion led by Maureen Drdak, 2011 Fulbright Fellow in Nepal, featuring artists Prithvi Shrestha and Roshan Pradhan.
 
Coffee, pastries, and a free lunch will be provided.
 
This event is free and open to the public; however, we kindly ask you to RSVP for everyone who will be attending.
