Daniel Rose brings his decade of professional experience in a variety of industries and roles to the classroom at Drexel University.
Daniel started his career at Sony's Bend Studio, where he worked as an Environment Artist on the marquee launch title for Sony's PlayStation Vita handheld. Following his time at Sony, Daniel moved on to WB Games in Boston where he continued to work as an Environment Artist. Daniel would then transition to self-employment, working as a freelance artist for a variety of clients both in and out of games including the likes of Boss Key Productions, Motion Logic Studios, Psyop, and Vayner Media. His freelance work eventually led him to a contract with Bluepoint Games where he contributed to 2018's Shadow of The Colossus on PlayStation 4. Most recently, Daniel has been working as a senior artist at Dreamline Shower Doors, where he and others on the creative team create door renderings and experiment with VR and AR projects to assist in selling Dreamline products.
Daniel's shipped games include Shadow of The Colossus (PS4), Lawbreakers: (PC/PS4), Arcade Artist (VIVE), Infinite Crisis (PC), Defiance (PC/360/PS3), DDO: Shadowfell Conspiracy (PC), Lord of The Rings Online (PC), Cypher Kids Club (iOS), and Uncharted: Golden Abyss (PSVita). His production work includes Decisions: a 360 VR Experience presented by DRINKiQ, SK-II: The Journey, and his work with Dreamline.
