Joseph Mogelesky (he/him), you can call him Joe, is a Front-End Developer & Designer who returned to Drexel University as an Adjunct Professor in 2022. As an alumni of the Graphic Design program, Joe seeks to bridge design and development perspectives to help students create clear, easily accessible and beautiful web spaces. The web industry is rapidly evolving yearly, and Joe's objective is to relate current web trends to his teachings as concurrently as possible for relatable experiences in class projects.
In addition to teaching, Joe works as a developer & designer at RHB, supporting the creation of portal experiences for universities across the country. From conception of vision and design, to final implementation in their database for readily usage, Joe works directly with the client each step of the way to ensure websites are received exactly as they are prescribed to the client.
Joe has also experienced three years of agency life as a developer at Bounteous, and an additional two years as an in-house designer and developer at Hotels at Home and CSL Behring. While at Bounteous, Joe provided continuous development support for multiple JPMorgan Chase Bank websites at once, updating sites on a waterfall release schedule, working closely with designers to create and implement new assets and aiding with quarterly ADA audit remediations.
In his free time, Joe is an avid gamer, collector (of video games), and has a deep appreciation for electronic music and the community surrounding it.
