Nichole Mandjarov is an architectural designer with NELSON. Her work focuses on multifamily developments in the Philadelphia region, and hospitality work along the east coast. Notable recent projects include renovations to the Borgata Casino's Sportsbook and Lounge and a new 300 room hotel in eastern Tennessee.
Nichole is passionate about mentorship and education, particularly with B.I.P.O.C. women in the design community. She regularly mentors both collegiate and high school students, through programs at local universities and the Philadelphia chapter of A.C.E. Mentoring. She is an A.C.E. team leader for an all-female team, that pairs female high school students with women leaders in design and construction industry.
