Laura Johnson is a fashion industry innovator with expertise in businesses ranging from mass market to luxury. She has an award-winning track record in leading product creation, strategic planning, and human capital development at world-renowned brands. In 2014 she introduced Bureau E3, a consulting and advisory service providing unique insight to mature brands seeking reinvention and foundational guidance to nascent brands. Prior to launching Bureau E3, Laura held the position of Executive Director of Women’s Businesses at Urban Outfitters. Following her start as a Buyer at Barneys New York, Laura has held C-suite roles including President and CEO of Zac Posen and President of Theory overseeing women’s wear as well as management roles at Limited Stores, Banana Republic and Charming Shoppes. In addition to her endeavors as CEO of Bureau E3, Laura dedicates time to educating students and young entrepreneurs. She serves on the Advisory Board of The Sands Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, and as a mentor at the Corzo Center for the Creative Economy.
