Jason Anderson is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Architecture at the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design at Drexel University and leads HOOK, a Philadelphia-based architecture and design practice.

Prior to founding HOOK, Jason led Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill’s South Asia practice, where he led numerous projects across a broad range of typologies including transportation, institutional, residential, hospitality, and commercial. Jason has also worked as a designer at WORKac and Steven Holl Architects, and cofounded the Center for Urban Pedagogy (CUP), a nonprofit organization that uses the power of design and art to increase meaningful civic engagement particularly among underrepresented communities.

Jason received his Master of Architecture at the Princeton School of Architecture, and his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture at Columbia University. Jason was awarded the Luce Scholarship, a one-year post-graduate fellowship, in 2005.
