Westphal College of Media Arts & Design

Jemma is a design researcher based in Philadelphia. She works closely with clients in a variety of industries such as medical device, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, transportation, enterprise software, and financial services. She provides actionable, human-centered design direction grounded in research to her clients and collaborators. She brings to the classroom her 4+ years of agency experience experimenting with (and creating) new research tools to apply to real-world design problems. She graduated from Drexel University with a BS in Product Design, a minor in Science, Technology & Human Affairs, and a Certificate in Creative Writing.
