Julia L. Colton specializes in visual communications in multiple forms, such as corporate identities and logos, print communications, and web sites. Before opening her own business (Julia Colton Design), she worked for over twenty years with professional graphic design firms, including most recently as Senior Designer with Kelsh Wilson Design in Philadelphia, with whom she continues to partner as a consultant. Before joining Kelsh Wilson, Julia was Senior Graphic Designer at Warkulwiz Design Associates and before that, Art Director at Heron & Young Marketing Communications. She has taught typography for more than a decade at both Drexel University and Moore College of Art and Design.
Julia holds two bachelors degrees: a B.S. in Studio Art from Skidmore College and a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
