NJ Ndure is an Artist Marketing Lead for Apple Music for Artists, a web and iOS application that allows label and distributor partners to track their performance, see how fans engage with each song, album, or playlist, and understand where and how listeners are discovering their artists' music. NJ formerly served as Relationships Manager for North America Catalyst Brand Management at Nike in Los Angeles. At Nike, she functioned as the connector between the brand and creators making significant cultural impact in various areas of influence such as entertainment, wellness, inclusivity, and art. During her 6 years with the brand, NJ built an impressive project portfolio working with today’s leading talent such as Megan Thee Stallion, Drake, 21 Savage, Lizzo, Chloe x Halle, H.E.R, IDK, Chika, and many more. Her main work involved curating powerful marketing campaigns and brand partnerships that authentically connect with the Nike consumer. NJ has played a significant role in several Nike campaigns and initiatives including Nike Play New featuring Megan Thee Stallion and You Can’t Stop Our Voice initiative – Nike’s first ever call to action to drive our nation’s voters to the polls. She has worked on countless cultural moments throughout her career including Air Max Day, All Star Weekend, Super Bowl, and Grammys. Prior to Nike, NJ served a 5-year tenure in the CAA Music Touring Department in New York City. In addition to CAA, NJ has held positions at leading entertainment organizations such as WME and ICM.
