Lindsey G. Nevin

MS Arts Administration '16

Lindsey G. Nevin

Lindsey Nevin, an emerging leader in the Philadelphia Culture Sector, is the Senior Manager of Donor Engagement at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Lindsey has over a decade of experience in the Philadelphia Culture Community and has been management in the Development Department of the Philadelphia Museum of Art since 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Susquehanna University and graduate her Master of Science in Arts Administration from Drexel in 2016.

We asked Lindsey a few questions about her time at Drexel:

What is something from your time at Drexel that you utilize in your career?

I utilize everything that I learned at my time at Drexel. The classes, network connections, and larger conversations around the non-profit field continually impact my decision making throughout my career.

What is something that you'd like to share with the AAML network?

The value of mentorship and connection is key. Start building your network now, and do not be nervous to reach out to the community for advice and support. I am very much still friendly with my cohort, cohorts I overlapped with (and work with frequently), as well as my mentor, Julie Goodman. Of course, we do not get to see each other often, but we keep connected through social media.
