Join Us for the Two-day Virtual Engineering & Technology Career Fair

The Virtual Engineering & Technology Career Fair two-day event is open to all Drexel undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni looking to network with prospective employers for future co-op and full-time employment opportunities.

  • Wednesday, February 3: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Thursday, February 4: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Important Information for Students

The Virtual Career Fairs will be hosted on the Handshake platform. This new way to engage with employers means no lines and a little preparation will ensure you can maximize the experience. Watch this five-minute video on Virtual Career Fairs at Handshake for an overview of how this will work within Handshake. Students will register through Handshake, build schedules for one-on-ones with companies of interest and be able to register for group sessions to learn more.

Participating Organizations

A list of participating organizations is available in Handshake on the events page when you register for the virtual career fairs. Updated employer details will be available as employers register. Students should register for both days as different employers will be attending each day.

Important Information for Employers

Employers may register using Handshake and will receive a confirmation email when the career fair registration is approved with an invoice. Employers are welcome to register for more than one day. Daily registration fees will apply.

Employers will be able to engage with students and alumni during this virtual career fair hosted on Handshake through:

  • Video, audio, and chat communication with students
  • Group meetings with up to fifty students
  • One-on-one student meetings scheduled in advance or after a group session
  • Sharing company culture and messaging students ahead of time

Creating Schedules

Each representative registered will be able to create their own unique schedule and employers are encouraged to do so right away so students can schedule a time to connect at the career fair. Corporate: $300 and Non-Profit: $150

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted if notification is given in writing to the Drexel University Steinbright Career Development Center two weeks before the career fair. Cancellations must be sent via email to Jillian Clark, career service coordinator, at for full refund.
