Engineering and Technology Career Fair
Wednesday, February 5, 2020 and Thursday, February 6, 2020

The Engineering & Technology Career Fair will be a multi-day event spanning two days. This event is only open to Drexel students and alumni interested in engineering and technology fields who are looking to network with prospective employers for future co-op and full-time employment opportunities.
This event is the opportunity to share details about your organization and opportunities with the talented candidates at Drexel. Employers may register using Handshake, and are welcome to register for one or two days. Daily registration fees apply.
The registration fee is $600 or $350 for nonprofit organizations up until two weeks before the event. The event registration cost covers the attendance for two employer representatives. Employers will receive a confirmation email when the career fair registration is approved with an invoice, parking information, and directions.
On the day of the event, employer check-in begins at 9 a.m. with a continental breakfast. The event is open to students from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a catered lunch provided for employers.
After you receive your event invoice, please pay for your registration.
To make a payment by credit card:
- Log in to Handshake.
- Select the "Registered" tab in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select the "Pay Now" tab on the left-hand side.
If you are paying by check, please send the payment when you receive your event invoice, including a copy of the invoice with your check, to:

If you wish to ship materials prior to the event, materials must be received no later than one week prior to the career fair. All materials must be clearly labeled with Drexel University, the Engineering and Technology Career Fair, and year.

Due to space constraints, we will not allow any displays on the floor. Exhibitor tables are six feet in length.
Free parking is available at the Vidas Athletic Complex with a complimentary shuttle service provided to and from the career fair.

Cancellations must be emailed to Helena Reid, the Career Services Coordinator, two weeks prior to the career fair to receive a full refund. If your organization is a "no-show" for the career fair or cancels less than two weeks prior, registration fees will not be refunded or credited toward future career fairs. Employers that do not provide adequate cancellation notice are expected to pay the full career fair amount to cover the advertising, space reservation, and catering for the day.
Organizations with outstanding fees will not be permitted to attend future career fairs until their account is paid in full.
