Engineering and Technology Career Fair

• Virtual: Wednesday, January 21, 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
• In-Person at Drexel's Recreation Center Gym: Tuesday, January 27, 1–5 p.m.  

Student Information and Registration

Student registration will open on Monday, January 5.

Participating Organizations

A list of participating organizations is available in Handshake on the events page when you register for the career fair. Updated employer details will be available as employers register. You are welcome to register for both career fair days, as different employers will be attending each day. 

Prepare for the Career Fair

• Complete your profile in Handshake.
• Upload an updated résumé to Handshake.
• Register for the Career Fair in Handshake.
• Attend a Career Fair Preparation Workshop.
• Attend the Résumé Review Day.
• For the Virtual Career Fair Day, sign up for 30 minute group sessions or 15 minute one-on-one sessions with employers in advance to build your schedule for the day.

Employer Information and Registration

Employers must register for the career fair through Handshake and will receive a confirmation email after their registration is approved, along with an invoice. Employers are welcome to register for both days. Daily registration fees will apply.

Select the day(s) you wish to attend to register on Handshake. The deadline for employers to register is Friday, January 9.

In-Person Day

The In-Person Engineering & Technology Career Fair on Tuesday, January 27 will be hosted at the Drexel University Recreation Center Gym, located at 3301 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

In-Person Registration Fees

• Corporate: $700 per day
• Non-Profit/Government: $300 per day

Registration fee includes two representatives. One additional representative can be added for $50.

Virtual Day

The Virtual Career Fair Day on Wednesday, January 21 will be hosted on the Handshake Virtual Career Fair platform. Employers will be able to engage with students and alumni through:

• Video, audio, and chat communication with students
• 30-minute group meetings with up to 100 students
• 15-minute on-on-one student meetings schedule in advance
• Sharing company culture and messaging students ahead of time

Organizations typically bring between one to five representatives, and each representative will be able to create their own customized schedule. Employers must create their schedules by Friday, January 9. See the cancellation and refund policy below for more information. Virtual Registration Fees

• Corporate: $400 per day
• Non-Profit/Government: $200 per day

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations will be accepted if notification is sent via email by Friday, January 9, to Associate Director of Employer Engagement Jillian Clark at jc4498@drexel.edu, and a full refund will be provided.

Employers who fail to create a schedule for the Virtual Career Fair by Friday, January 9, are at a disadvantage, as this results in less time for student sign-ups for the organization. Employers without a schedule created by Friday, January 9, at 5 p.m. will have their registration declined with the expectation of 50% payment and will not be permitted to participate in the event.
