At Drexel University we promote health and well-being through our fitness and wellness programs; as well as partnerships with different departments across campus. Wellness on Wheels is an on-demand mobile program that can be catered to your groups' needs, and is responsible for providing health awareness and educational programming designed to create a healthier Campus community for Drexel Students.

Relaxation Room: Regardless of the time of year, stress can be your worst enemy. This workshop will transform any space into a relaxation room. This workshop provides students with hands-on relaxation activities as well as resources to walk away with. Activities include: kinetic sand, aroma therapy, stress balls, and mandalas.
Boot Camp: looking for a fun workout? Have a boot camp custom designed for groups of up to 70!
No Equipment Needed: This workshop will provide you with a total body workout that you can do without leaving your house. Each participant will be able to walk away with a confident understanding in each exercise and a sample circuit.
Yoga: Have a certified yoga instructor hold a private yoga class for your group. Please note that yoga mats are not provided.

The Drexel Student Health Center is excited to announce a menu of on-demand programs to meet all your wellness and preventative health needs. Choose from the following programs facilitated by certified and licensed health professionals.
“LETS TALK ABOUT SEX”: Audience led discussion about “anything related to sex” with your favorite Drexel Student Health Provider. These can include concepts on safe sexual practices, contraception, sexually transmitted infections as well as modalities for prevention including: HPV vaccination, barrier method contraception (with demonstration) and HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis. Food and Beverages provided.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF DURING THE WINTER MONTHS: Living on your own is hard!!! Engage in an informal discussion with your favorite Drexel Student Health Provider to discuss strategies on combating illness during the school year. These will include discussion on hygiene practices, how to convince your roommates to stay away when they are sick, medications that you can use to help with her symptoms and outlining when you should worry about your symptoms and seek further care. Food and Beverages provided. Complimentary “cold pack” will be given!
HAVING A GOOD TIME IN COLLEGE WHILE KEEPING YOURSELF OUT OF TROUBLE: Drug and alcohol are a reality in college life. Engage in an informal discussion with your favorite Drexel Student Health Provider to discuss how drugs and alcohol can affect your daily life in college, as well as methods that can help identify others that may be struggling. Find out what resources available in this area. Drug and alcohol can be factors in sexual assault, and lead to medication interactions as well as physical injuries. Take this opportunity to discuss these real issues food and drink.
EATING DISORDERS/BODY IMAGE: College life has many adventures. This may be the 1st time balancing new social environments with the anxieties related to academic responsibility. For some, the need to control stressful environments can lead to food restriction, over exercise, and an unhealthy focus on body image. It is estimated between 10-20% of women in 4-10% of men in college suffer from an eating disorder. Engage in an informal discussion with your Drexel Student Health Provider regarding healthy strategies to approach eating, stress management as well as reveal resources in the area can help.
SUPPLEMENT USE- THE GOOD, BAD AND THE UGLY: Have you heard that B12 can help with energy? Or perhaps you want to “bulk up?” This will be an audience led discussion where you can learn which supplements may be safe to use and how to identify those that are not. Take the opportunity to ask your favorite gentle student health provider any questions you have regarding supplements. Food and Beverages provided.
