Student Employment

Recreational Athletics is committed to providing opportunities for students to develop leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills through a diversity of job offerings. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated students who promote an environment of wellness and community for our students and members at the Recreation Center. As one of the largest student employers at Drexel, we have a lot to share with you, both as a student and employee!

Recreation student staff members are the face of our department and are instrumental in helping us live our mission and values every day. In return, we strive to provide students with opportunities for personal and professional development while they gain valuable experiences in customer service, safety, and dynamic decision making.

Our Student Employment Process

Recreational Athletics recruits for the majority of our student employment positions one term in advance. We offer both part-time and work study opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. Availability of part-time positions vary each term, dependent upon area openings.
