The life of a student can be many things over the course of a college career. It can be exciting, it can be stressful, and it can be life changing. Goals you set for yourself can seem within reach one moment and then out of reach in the blink of an eye. The way that you approach life at Drexel University can benefit you for your entire life because of the unlimited resources, educators and departments all here to help you along the way. When you begin, it can seem like you are going to spend eternity going from class to class, writing papers, working on projects, presenting research, and testing your knowledge in midterms and finals. Before you know it, you’re a senior working on your interview skills and packing your dorm to move out for your next adventure after graduation. Where did it all go? When did you ever have time to recognize your hard work and efforts that led you to this moment? The thought process and work that went in to the “Recognize” video was based off of the idea that prospective students arriving on campus can gain an understanding that college is the perfect time to identify with what makes them unique, what moments will develop their strengths, and how departments outside of their field of study, such as Recreational Athletics, can be used as a tool to recognize their ambition.
