AEO Expert Teams

Within each of the defined AEOs, individual teams comprising a diverse group of faculty and staff with expertise in the AEO will be formed. Limited to 10 or so members with broad representation of units across the University, the Expert Teams are tasked with gathering feedback and insight from a range of internal and external stakeholders. They will use this input to construct an asset map that considers Drexel’s differentiated strengths in the areas and potential areas in which to expand Drexel’s impact.
