The following timeline outlines key milestones throughout Academic Transformation.

| Spring 2024 | University embraces the UAC’s recommendations and asks for additional analysis in some areas |
| Fall 2024 – Summer 2025 | Official launch of Academic Transformation Design Phase begins and working groups launch Sprint reports are shared by working groups and reviewed by Faculty Senate and Academic Council |
| Summer 2025 – Summer 2026 | Implementation Phase Begins Integration of operations and personnel in colleges/schools begins Program curricula under revision Task forces work through details of core competencies, experiential learning, and Summer 2027 transition term |
