Seth Jacobson

Seth Jacobson is a PhD Candidate in the School of Education. His research focuses on organizational change and development within adult and higher education contexts. A native of West Philadelphia, Seth holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology & Religious Studies from Chestnut Hill College ('07); and a Master's in Global and International Education from Drexel ('13).

Seth was selected for the 2017 William Penn Fellowship (now the William and Hannah Penn Fellowship), which provides master's or advanced degree holders the opportunity to work directly with the state’s top executive leaders on critical initiatives.

As a William Penn Fellow, Seth will have the opportunity to serve and learn with top executive leaders in Pennsylvania State government. Seth begins this 2-year Fellowship following his dissertation defense over the summer of 2017.
