About Me

"I was born in Queens, New York and moved to Philadelphia in the first grade. So basically, I've been a Philly girl my whole life! I like to hang out with my friends, travel to as many places as possible, and try new foods. In the fall of 2017 I will be studying abroad at Hanyang University in South Korea. Since the beginning of my preparation a year ago, I've been appreciative of the opportunity to experience living and learning in a whole new country! South Korea is a country of beauty and excitement with its ever growing force in pop culture and technological advances. I started learning Korean in my sophomore year, and I've grown to admire their language, mannerisms, and fusion between traditional and modern day life. I'd like to one day have a career which allows me to visit countries to help others and do something fulfilling." - August, 2017
