The Fellowship aims to connect science with policy and foster a network of science and engineering leaders who understand government and policymaking, and are prepared to develop and execute solutions to address societal challenges.

Applicants must hold a doctoral level degree (PhD, ScD, MD, DVM, EdD, PharmD, etc.), in social or behavioral sciences; medical or health sciences; biological, physical or earth sciences; or computational sciences or mathematics; or a MS in engineering plus three years of professional engineering experience.
