Richardson Dilworth, PhD, a professor in the College of Arts and Science, was quoted in a Sept. 23 Philadelphia Inquirer story about Philadelphia’s office buildings plummeting in value and costing the city millions in tax revenue. The story was republished from Sept. 25 through Sept. 28 in a number of publications including, PennLive, the Herald Online (Rock Hill, South Carolina), the Idaho Statesman and the News Tribune Online (Tacoma, Washington).
