Nutter assembles panel to review L&I

Dr. Robert Brehm, an associate teaching professor in the College of Engineering, and Dr. Scott Knowles, an associate professor in the College of Arts and Sciences, were mentioned in an October 31 Philadelphia Inquirer story for being appointed to Mayor Nutter’s committee to lead an independent review of the Department of Licenses and Inspections, an action spurred by the 22nd and Market Streets building collapse. The story was also covered by WCAU-TV (NBC-10).
