Researchers at Drexel University have identified the physical forces in red blood cells and blood vessels underlying the painful symptoms of sickle cell disease. Fry announced today the establishment of the Dana and David Dornsife Center for Neighborhood Partnerships to be located on a 1.3-acre site in the heart of West Philadelphia.
