Law Employer Services
We look forward to assisting you with your recruiting efforts and to collaborating on professional development training, mentoring programs and other programs and events. Our progressive legal education program emphasizes experiential learning through our strong cooperative education placements, pro bono service requirement and real-world applications taught alongside legal doctrine.
We are proud of our graduates and the positions they have obtained. We look forward to continuing our strong professional relationship with the legal community. Here are a few opportunities we offer to employers:

Resume Selection
Employers have 100 percent control over resume screening and selection. If you would like to interview students on our Philadelphia campus, we offer flexible full-day or half-day schedules. If you would prefer to collect resumes only, either through Symplicity or through e-mail from the office, we will be happy to accommodate your request.
Interview Dates, Lengths & Times
Our Fall On-Campus Recruiting Program runs from July through the end of October. We can accommodate full or half-day interviews and can customize the interview experience at the employer’s request.
How to Participate:
Sign in or register online now on Symplicity and request an OCI schedule by choosing View Schedule Requests, then Request Schedule. Select a Session and a date. For more information, please email Jen Moore (jdm368@drexel.edu), our Employer Relations Manager.
Spring On-Campus Recruiting
We invite employers to interview on-campus for summer and full-time post-graduate positions. Interviews for the Spring OCI program run from January through April. If you would like to simply collect resumes, either through Symplicity or through e-mail from the Career Strategies Office, we will be happy to accommodate your request. Should you have particular hiring needs for the summer, the academic year, or beyond, please consider the Spring OCI program as a way to fulfill your recruitment needs. To participate in the Spring OCI program or in the resume collection program, please email our Employer Relations Manager.
Co-Op Program
Our Co-op Program provides a unique opportunity for students to synthesize the legal theory learned in the classroom with the critical knowledge and professional skills learned in the field under the close supervision of experienced practitioners. Our strong institutional commitment to integrating this program as a core part of the curriculum, along with the opportunity for students to devote most of their academic focus to their co-op experience during the time they are participating in the program, distinguish this program from experiential programs offered by other law schools.
