5:30 PM-7:30 PM

2 Substantive CLE credits

In today’s heightened immigration enforcement environment, unlawful and prolonged ICE detention has become an urgent and growing concern. This CLE equips attorneys with practical knowledge and real-world guidance for challenging unlawful detention through habeas corpus in federal court, with a focus on practice in the Third Circuit. At a time when clients and their families are facing fear and uncertainty, lawyers must be prepared to act quickly and confidently. This CLE provides a clear, practitioner-focused overview of immigration habeas litigation, empowering attorneys to protect liberty, seek judicial review, and effectively advocate for detained clients in federal courts.

The registration fee ($80) supports the Immigration Law Society student organization.
