Biography

Mischa Wheat is the Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and Online Learning at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Prior to returning to Drexel Kline Law, Mischa was an associate at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP, where he represented corporate and institutional clients in complex litigation, bankruptcy matters, governmental investigations, and data breach responses. He provided regulatory guidance across business sectors, advising clients on U.S. and international privacy laws, data governance, and compliance with financial and insurance regulations, and the use of artificial intelligence. Mischa earned his JD from the Kline School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and served as an executive editor of Drexel Law Review. His research interests include legal pedagogy and the impact of emerging technology on the practice of law.
