In its ranking of “Best LLM Programs,” International Jurist gave the Kline School of Law an A+ for the quality of experience international students receive in the LLM and Global Access JD programs.
Kline’s grade reflects the superior experience it offers to international students by helping them adjust to an unfamiliar culture and community and by allowing them to take part in a menu of activities from co-ops to clinics and the Drexel Law Review.
“If they’re going to practice law in the states, or even back home with an international firm, it’s really important that they understand U.S. cultural and classroom norms,” said Leslie Friedman, chief of staff and director of recruitment for the International Global Access JD and LLM.
The article notes that 153 law schools in the U.S. offer programs for foreign attorneys. Kline was among 12 that received an A+ for the quality of experience students receive.
