Law & Public Interest Technology Career Fair

Saturday, February 8, 2025

10:00 AM-4:00 PM

This event is co-organized by Temple Beasley School of Law, Penn-Carey School of Law, Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and Drexel Kline School of Law. Our aim is to introduce our law students to the emerging field of public interest technology (PIT), to provide a networking opportunity for students and potential employers working in this field, and to strengthen a community of practice across our institutions and within our region.

The Law & PIT Career Fair focuses on improving access to justice, as well as promoting diversity in PIT career pathways among women, people of color, LGBTQ+ and people from disadvantaged economic backgrounds. The event will set a precedent by offering more structured pathways, like those utilized in traditional legal job recruitment processes, to aid job seekers who have an interest in legal careers that focus on expanding technology and data as public goods serving meaningful public interest goals.

There will be a reception at KITA on Friday, February 7, register here.
