Professor Amy Landers will speak at the Law and Technology Conference at the University of Florida Levin College of Law on Oct. 18-19.
Landers, who directs the law school’s Intellectual Property Law program, will speak on a panel, “Coordinating the Future Agenda at the Intersection of Law and Technology.”
On Nov. 16, Landers will speak at the 10th Annual Patent Law and Policy Conference co-sponsored by University of California-Berkeley School of Law and Georgetown University Law Center. There, Landers will join a panel discussing recent developments in patent remedies.
An authority on patent law, Landers is the author of “Understanding Patent Law,” now in its third edition.
