Professor Amy Landers will present “Innovation as a Policy Lever” at the Institute for Intellectual Property & Information Law National Conference in Santa Fe, N.M. on May 30.
Landers’ presentation will explore the legal test of patentability’s power to affect industries and the process of knowledge creation.
The director of the law school’s Intellectual Property Law Program, Landers is an authority on patents and intellectual property law.
The conference is organized by the University of Houston Law Center’s IPIL.
