Professor Daniel Filler gave a talk on “Invisible Punishment” during a visit to Xiamen University in China on Nov. 3.
The senior associate dean of academic and faculty affairs, Filler is an authority on the death penalty, juvenile justice and community notification of sex offenders. His scholarship has explored the effects of social anxiety on the development of criminal law.
On Nov. 4, Filler is discussing “The New Dawn of Hands-on Legal Education” during a visit to Peking Transnational University School of Law.
