Senior Associate Dean Dan Filler will be speaking about the U.S. Supreme Court's upcoming term at West Chester University.
In commemoration of Frederick Douglass’s appreciation of the U.S. Constitution and its interpretation, Filler will be one of three law professors at the Frederick Douglass Institute panel event discussing the issues the U.S. Supreme Court faces in the areas of criminal law and procedure, separation of powers, federalism, federal courts and administrative law and individual rights such as religion and free speech.
