The Law Library Journal published an article by Research and Instructional Services Librarian John Cannan entitled “A Legislative History of the Affordable Care Act: How Legislative Procedure Shapes Legislative History.”

A member of the law school’s adjunct faculty, Cannan teaches Intellectual Property Legal Research.

Cannan writes frequently on legal and legal research topics and previously wrote, “Are Public Law Librarians Immune from Suit? Muddying the Already Murky Waters of Law Librarian Liability,” which was published in the Law Library Journal.
