The Drexel Law Review and the Drexel International Law and Human Rights Society announce a symposium focused on global perspectives in legal education will be held Oct. 12.
The symposium will address a range of topics related to globalization and legal education, including approaches to integrating global perspectives into the teaching of specific substantive areas of law, innovative methods of bringing global perspectives into experiential learning and legal methods programs, and more.
“This is a very interesting topic and there’s a great diversity of activities to cover,” said Jordan Fischer, symposium editor of the Drexel Law Review.
The schedule and full list of speakers will be announced by mid-July, said Fischer, who will gain firsthand experience in international law in the fall, when she completes a co-op placement with International Bridges to Justice in Geneva, Switzerland.
