Professor Karl Okamoto presented "Reverse Engineering Your Intellectual Property Strategy" at the 2012 National Science Foundation Grantees Conference in Baltimore last week.

The conference provided small businesses with an opportunity to share their technical and commercial achievements with the National Science Foundation program directors, potential investors and strategic partners. Over 500 scientists and entrepreneurs attended the conference.

Okamoto's research focuses on securities and corporate law. He is the school's Business and Entrepreneurial Law Program director.
