On Sept. 8, he presented “Corporate Subjects: Experiments in Profitability” at the invitation of the Wake Forest University School of Law. His work explores issues arising in corporate law, contract law and criminal law. His recent work explores the impact on our legal system of unappreciated aspects of our cognitive frameworks and processes.
