Dean Roger Dennis will moderate a discussion, “The Logic of Regulatory Reform and Statutory Construction,” as part of a symposium Nov. 18 sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law.

An expert on securities law, Dennis will lead a discussion by leading scholars and practitioners: Professor Yair Listokin of Yale Law School, Professor Houman B. Shadab of New York Law School, Professor Arthur Laby of Rutgers School of Law—Camden and attorney Steven D. Lofchie of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.

The panel is part of a daylong symposium aimed at exploring “Ongoing Implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act: Consumer Protection and Other Goals.”
