Professor Donald Bersoff was a discussant in the symposium “Teaching and Learning to be an Ethical and Competent Psychologist in a Globalizing World” during the 12th European Congress of Psychology in Istanbul, Turkey on July 5.

Bersoff, director of the Law and Psychology Program, is a nationally known leader in mental health law who has published dozens of books, chapters and articles on legal and ethical issues in mental health, developmental disabilities and education.
