Ted Oswald, a member of the Class of 2011, ventured to Cite Soleil, a slum community in Port-au-Prince, Haiti for his co-op placement this fall.
Oswald is working with the LAMP for Haiti Foundation, which provides health and legal services to dwellers of the impoverished community.
As Haiti prepares for a presidential election on Nov. 28, Oswald’s efforts have focused so far on sharing information about the candidates with voters.
