Scott S. Berger, Jr. joined Ross Feller Casey in 2015 and concentrates his practice on representing catastrophically injured victims of medical malpractice and defective products.
Since joining the firm, Berger has worked on several major cases resulting in eight-figure settlements.
Previously, Berger was an associate for another Philadelphia firm and handled every stage of discovery and litigation. Before that, he clerked for the Honorable Mark I. Bernstein in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
While in law school, Berger interned for the Honorable Robert B. Kugler of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also interned for ACE American Insurance Company in its Office of General Counsel.
Berger received his bachelor’s degree in history in 2009 from the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he graduated in three years with honors and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
In 2012, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Drexel University’s School of Law, graduating in the top three percent of his class and earning summa cum laude honors. While in law school, Berger served on the Moot Court Board and was its President.
Berger has served as the President of Drexel Law School’s Alumni Council and Inn of Court.
He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
