Robert Grimmie is an accomplished higher education and workforce development leader with over 20 years of experience in adult education, talent management and organizational development across higher education, state government and the private sector.

Robert currently serves as the Director of Continuing Professional Education & Workforce Initiatives at Drexel University’s Goodwin College of Professional Studies, where he leads the development, design and delivery of innovative up-skilling and re-skilling programs for adult learners that strengthen individual career pathways and support the talent development needs of employers.
