SSCE 9107: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Learn "Lean" theory, the Theory of Constraints, and the Six Sigma Body of Knowledge (BOK) curriculum currently required for Green Belts by the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodology has just the right blend of statistics so you can measure your success.

In today's fast paced, competitive society, there's no room for error when it comes to business. By enrolling in SSCE 9107, you'll discover the methods that world-class companies are using to reduce error and efficiently improve the quality of their products and services.

Learn how to successfully charter, scope and close projects as well as how to apply the appropriate metrics to help ensure total change implementation:
  • Participate in one full-day session once per week for only seven weeks.
  • Learn the basic statistics necessary to be an effective Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Select and complete a work-related, closely scoped continuous improvement project.
  • Deliver periodic project updates.
  • Submit a project final out-brief.
  • Communicate with your instructors by phone and email throughout the entire program.
