Practical Project Management is a 14-hour bootcamp that teaches innovative project management concepts and techniques. This training builds upon the competencies presented in PMI®'s internationally recognized A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), providing proven methods to enable and enhance traditional management approaches.
