Practical Project Management is a 14-hour, on-campus bootcamp that teaches innovative project management concepts and techniques. This training builds upon the competencies presented in PMI®'s internationally recognized A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), providing proven methods to enable and enhance traditional management approaches. By focusing on these high-return concepts and tools, you will expand your knowledge and skills, becoming an advanced project leader ready to succeed in real-world initiatives.

Whether you’re a full-time project manager or have a fundamental understanding of project management, this course helps you gain a better understanding of the latest trends and best practices to improve job performance and growth opportunities.

Upon completion of the course, you:
