The textile collection in the Drexel Founding Collection is the smallest of its holdings. The majority of the early historical textiles that were part of the Drexel Founding Collection were transferred to the Robert and Penny Fox Historic Costume Collection. The remaining textiles in the Collection are tapestries and furnishing textiles from the Drexel family homes.
