Honoring the Hahnemann Community
Friday, January 10, 2020
9:00 AM-4:00 PM
Exhibition from November 14, 2019 through January 10, 2020. From its beginnings as a homeopathic institution, Hahnemann Hospital served two interconnected purposes: to teach and to serve the community. The exhibition Honoring the Hahnemann Community explores these dual and sometimes competing purposes, and their influence on healthcare in Philadelphia and the region for over 170 years.
The exhibition is dedicated to all the people who made Hahnemann Hospital what it was, past and recent. It was curated by the legacy Center: Archives & Special Collections and all exhibit materials are from the Hahnemann collections at the Drexel College of Medicine Legacy Center.
The exhibition is free and open to the public, Monday through Friday, 9:00-4:00PM.
Additional exhibition dates and locations include Center City, New College Building, January 27 through March 20, and Queen Lane Campus, March 30 through May 8.
